After reading this site for about a year, I'm glad to be a member - hopefully a positive, contributing one. Story - short and sweet. Got a new boat this year (my 1st ever - pre-retirement gift)and took my granddaughters out to Haag Lake for some easy trout fishing. That day I using a Shimano rod, a Quantam reel, nice flasher set, catch 4 and the granddaughters get 5 including a nice 13"er. They're using a Spongebob Squarepants and I think a Danny Dinosaur outfit. Go figure. But those are the things that we grandparents remember for a long time. The name "noclass" I hope does not imply my fishing habits. I've taught 3rd, 4th, and for the last 18 years 6th graders and next year will be the first year I have no class. It's a celebration name. Glad to be here.
Welcome aboard, noclass. Nothing better than hearing about youngsters having fishing success! If you find yourself missing the classroom, we can be your virtual students.

Welcome aboard grandpa and you can teach here however there is lots to learn here. noclass is a good name for someone with no class. Happy retirement.
