View Full Version : How is the ramp at Beacon Rock?

Is the ramp on the Wash. side a decent ramp and is it worth using to avoid the fishery ramp and all the salmon guys. Just trying to stay out of the way.

Its brand new. Reconstructed last year. Nice wide and concrete. Also has a new improved fee to launch there too.

Its $5.00 to launch/park. Not much parking that I remember. Nice and close to some great fishing. Hamilton Island ramp is another option, only a few more miles up river.

Last time I saw the ramp there was next to no parking. Great ramp but what good is it if there isn't much parking? Has parking been expanded? :whazzup:

no the parking there is still bad, I have heard that there was/is/going to be "expanded parking" but as of last week its very limited.
