On page 10,Washington edition.
The WDFW commission was shown a video of hundreds of derelict nets commercial fishermen have lost in Puget Sound and failed to report as required by law.The bottom is blanketed with them and they
continue to kill year after year.
Result of this (you won't believe this)
Commission member RUSS CAHILL suggested that a fee be added to sport fishing licenses for net clean up.After all they (anglers) would benefit from
the clean-up. :mad:
With commision members like this we don't need any enemies or PETA,I mean can you believe this.

Its not just Cahill,if you've got a copy of the Mar.27-April 10 edition its on page 10.You really should read this article !!

That is incredible. Hey I've got an idea, a 10% increase on all sport license...gas money. I mean dragging around all those nets has got to be expensive. :depressed:
