As a business owner all I can say is you're only as good as the staff that supports you! They should re-consider letting a valuable person like that out the door!

Terry helped me out at the boat ramp once with one of my engines I blew. He knew exactly what the problem was. I have heard alot of great things about that guy.

There's allot said at times when people get poor service and very little when you get more than you expect....

Just thought I'd share a recent experience I had with Terry at North River in Clackamas....I don't own a North River boat (Willie Predator) I pull-up with a motor problem, no appointment, no call just a drive by and Terry comes out throws on a fancy piece of equipment to diagnose the problem, no questions, no crap about well we can get you in sometime in April just GREAT service! graemlins/idea.gif

Thanks for the follow-up and anyone that is looking for a place to get some work done should consider their shop! I know I'll be going back!
