3Bonk,
I just ordered some stuff on Cabela's online.
I was looking at the moss green Spiderwire and I ordered some Penn spinning rods and reels.
Take a look.

Give these guys a call and see if they have any.

Up here in Salem, OR, they will spool as much as you want off a 1500 yd. roll, or sell you the whole 1500 yds.
Bonk,
If Sportsmans doesn't have the "Big" spools of spectra, try Sunset Sporting Goods on Fairview. If they don't, try Howards in Nampa, on Garrity Bvld.

And if looking where mojo said to look doesn't work...I'll be traveling to Boise in two weeks and maybe I can make you a deal.
Bonk,
In the Salem Sportsman's they have a "reel fill" room at the back of the store. There is never anyone there, so you have to go to the "reel" counter and tell them you want some bulk spectra line. They can either spool it right onto your reel, or onto an empty spool for you to take home. If I remember right, 50 lb PowerPro was 8 cents/yd, with a 10% discount if you want the whole 1500 yds.
Give them a call, they should have the same setup.
