Some time ago I read that the Raineer ramp was going to be closed. Is it open now?

Was on it Saturday. Didn't see any signs that would indicate it was going to be closed. They may have closed it for a short time at some point, but it is open now.

Just heard yesterday that a new boat launch is being built at the Rainier city park, just below current launch. I guess itll be in 2005.

There are no fish at Rainier, especially in boats on either side of me. :depressed:

The best thing to happen in Rainier is the new resturant that opened close to the ramp. it is Mexican at its finiest and beer so cold that it will give you brain freeze. I came off the water Friday mornig after the monsoon and it really saved us I think. How was the fishing we went three for four take downs out of the three boated one had to go back but two volunteered to come home with us. Where exactly did they come from well lets just say not the normal spot I fish for those whom know me. If I tell I die says my compadre.
