Well about 8 hours aand counting :shocked: . My boats gased up rods are ready, plugs are ready, spinners are ready, I'M READY :dance: . This will be my first official spinger trip. Goat Island here I come graemlins/applause.gif . Rain, Snow, Sleet, or Shine, Wind tidal wave, nothing well stop me. OK maybe the tidal wave :mad: . And if I succeed watch out Tuesday :laugh:

I don't have my map handy and for quick reference where is Goat Island relative to Sand Island.

I've got new line and herring, ready to go tomorrow. U dont think your little putt putt boat can handle a tidal wave?I'll see u in the mornin.
Oh yeah, the guys at Bob's sporting goods in longview said they were running kwik-fish with sardine or herring wraps, 14-17 size, 18-25 ft of water.

Just up stream around the corner on the Oregon side, Almost straight across from Woodland on the Wash. side. Straight across is Martin and Burke Island on the Washington side.

Thanks. We had some luck on Friday just up from Kalama. Guy next to us caught a beautiful chromer. Probably about 30 pounds. It caught some serious air. Must have thought it was steelhead.

We should save the waders for my bro's girlfreind. Naw I couldn't be that mean to waders.
Got some herring , kwik-fish,spinners, and a couple of oh what the hell were those spoons we were using in puget sound?

I'm hitting hay, I'll see you in the morning!!!!!! I picked up a couple more kwik fish, GI Joes had them on sale for 2.99. And as far as your brothers girl friend goes, I wouldn't do that to the Columbia, that would be worse off then the flood of 96 graemlins/berry.gif

hey woody, bill said water was big and fast at the dam on sunday. they didnt see or hook any. maybe multnomah channel.
sat there were a billion boats at kalama and upriver a piece.
They said the biggest fish at the derby at Bob's was a little over 30lb. :cheers: graemlins/stupid.gif

there is a fine for polluting. besides the tide would go back out and mess up fishin.
