What Type and Size Anchor

I just bought a boat that was advertized on this board. It's a 16 foot Smokercraft with a 25 hp merc. prop. I plan to use the boat mostly in Puget Sound, but will want to fish some in rivers.. What type and size anchor do I need?

Don't know what they use to anchor in the sound, but in the rivers get a rocking chair type anchor 25-30#'s, 300' of rope, an ez puller and a bouy and you will be set.
