South Umpqua / Cow Creek on the Fly

All the rivers around here are really low and clear. You would have a good shot at a fish in anywhere. If you are here in the next couple of days, Cow Cr or the south above Canyonville, or anywhere on the North would be good spots. All wild fish pretty much. Suppose to get some rain over the weekend which may blow the rivers.

Any info on flyfishing the south umpqua / cow creek or other tributaries in the area for steelhead this time of year? No boat so the smaller the stream the better. Hot spots or tips. Thanks for the info
