Ok Ill play!
I was wishing I could have an updated radar loop as my desktop background the other day.
One hour later I came up with this...
WebToWall (http://www.vonskie.net/Goodies.htm) scroll down and grab "WebtoWall" just clik on the name. It is totally free...no ads or any of that biz. You can pick out webcams or radar video loops to use and set how often to refresh. I recommend not "stretching" to fit your screen it will look ugly.
There is an additional database of links on his homepage too... links to copy n paste into webtowall (http://home.attbi.com/~vwallace6/webcamlist.txt)
O ya...If you are not on an "Always On" internet connection this isnt gonna be that cool for you. DSL n Cable is all good.
Enjoy!
