Its not often I go somewhere else. I got some advice once that said "pick a river-learn it well". I spend all my time and focus on basically one river. I was offered a real motorboat ride this weekend and I can pick where ever I want to go around here. I am hearing rumblings 'bout a springer bite off Chinook, Sturgon limits 'round Bonneville hatchery. I am hesitant to ask this with all the threads regarding tightlips and Gus' Satellite survellance, GPS plots and secret government tracking devices attached to peoples bumpers but hey we are all friends right!?!?!?!?

So where would you recommend a friend go on Sunday to try something good and different? Right now I am curious 'bout the taste of sturgeon>>>>>>>>hhhuuummmm......

Thanks

John

Dont know how the rivers look right now but last week my buddy's side drifted the Clackamas and got 6 Metalheads! Maybe worth a shot.....

Good luck!
If that motor boat is a prop, dont even think about it!

Hit the KP area or MC for sturegon. The trick is if your not getting bites within the first 15 minutes move. We have got at least one keeper every tirp since the re opened it in Nov.
And several trip with limits.

Go fishing and have fun.

Just my 2 cents
