OK I know it is the fishing and hunting news but I still think it is pretty cool. :cool: :grin: They put my picture on page 30 of the issue that came out today! It is in a special sturgeon section that appeared in all the F&HN nationwide. :shocked: :grin:

Hey Nickle, I hate to say this, but you know, I could swear when I just glance at that picture that it sorta looks like, well, I'm not saying it is or anthing but it could be, well. Ah heck! Is that really a shark?
And is that an antler?
And what about the speck in the corner?

5cents, saw it this afternoon, and was thinking that pic looked awfully familiar. a couple minutes later i realized where ive seen it before! Congrats again, not on the magazine, but the fish! :smile:

I couldn't believe my eyes upon seeing your picture in the magazine. Only because just about a week ago you said you were not going to post any more pictures! :grin: Now not only do the 4000 Ifishers and the 10,000 lurkers know your spot..........all six people that read FHN will be camped next to your boat! :grin:

Saw your picture too while going through this months issue in the....er.....reading room. :shocked: Nice job Shane and a beauty fish that we here on ifish SAW IT FIRST. :grin: Now that you are famous my mother needs an operation and my car ain't running so good. :shocked: e-mail me and I'll give you the drop off location. :wink:

I just can't believe F & H News could actually get a picture into an issue that quickly!
Most pictures are from many moons ago.. (at least a year or more)! They are still putting in random pictures of fall chinook from 1998, and brown trout caught 6 months ago, or something random.
But anyway, I saw that picture and immediately said, "hey, that was just on Ifish!

Oh, and to be honest, when i first saw that on here, i was thinking that whoever took that did a good job. The coloring, with the blues of the sky and river, and also the centering..a lot of people DON'T know how to take a good picture. It's us few that do, that make our memories so much more enjoyable
