Fresh Eggs?

Anybody got a hook up for fresh uncured eggs? I got some from pro cure in Salem the other day but they weren’t very fresh at all and didn’t turn out very good. I remember last year someone was saying that they could get some fresh eggs from some hatchery but can’t seem to find that thread. Anybody have any ideas where I can get some at a reasonable price? Thanks.

Looks like Scott Amerman is a little busy, but that's a good place to start. I bet if they have any, Grant would hook you up.

Try the profile for O.MyKiss, and see if his email addy pops up, I think it does.

If you can't get any fresh eggs, their cured eggs will turn the noses of some hens so you can replinish your suppy. :cheers: :cheers:

I bought some fresh eggs from Scott Ammerman last Summer and they were beautiful.

If you can't get any, I could give you some that I already cured to try out.

Scott. If you could Cc me the discussion I would greatly appreciate it! I am very interested in the details and will act only as an observer.

As far as fresh eggs..if Scott is busy, drop me an email and I will arrange to get some from him at his convienience.. that way you can drive a few more miles to my house and get them (and talk me into going fishing with you too!)...no charge.

Scott lives 10 minutes from me and Id be glad to have something to do for a fellow IFisher

Just a thought.

Also...I go to Eugene and Portland at least once a week (Via Salem) if someone wants his eggs delivered..("will work for food" :wink: )
