best height for Clack or Sandy

what is the best heigth for thesde two rivers?
what is too high?
where do i go to find up to the minute reports on levels?

Clack fishes best @ 12.8'-13.5', and the Sandy @ 9.8'-10.5'. This is only my humble opinion, others may like them at different heights. :grin:
