Recipe #1..Take 2 to 3 lbs of Gator, and lightly salt and pepper. Mix in seperate bowl 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup and 1 pint SourCream and 1 cup Mayo. Spread mixture over Gator and Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 mins...and enjoy. :cheers:
Recipe #2...Take leftovers from previous recipe, ( if any ) and add dry lipton onion soup and mix in large bowl with Gator served chilled on your favorite cracker ( Triscut..etc). :cheers:
Recipe #3...Slice Gator into 1" strips, and soak in 7-up for 1 hr. remove and roll in (Potato buds.) instant mashed potatos..place in deep fryer for 3 to 5 mins each. :cheers:

Our 2 favorite ways are: deepfried in beer batter, or just plain old panfried with a flour, salt and pepper coating until golden and crispy. Yum, that's how we're having it for dinner tonight! :grin:

Pride Of The West, use beer to make batter :dance: Then deep fry til golden brown. :wink: SK

Take 2 whole limes, squeeze all juices and pulp into a marinade dish, add a dash or two of olive oil, some old bay seasoning, and some dried cilantra. add sturgeon steaks and marinade over night.

Plop on the barbie and keep basting as you go.....
