Clackamas @ Lunch with Amerman Eggs

Finally got to bring one home to eat YAHOOO the Skunk is off :dance: :dance: :dance:

Hit the bank of the Clackamas for Lunch today and took my new jar of Amerman Eggs that I got @ the Sportsman show. Hit one of my ol' time favorite spots that I haven't been to in a long while and went back to the basics: corky, yarn & eggs. Fished about 10 minutes and...shake shake....Yahoo one on.....flash...oops...gone... :mad:

Checked the leader, sharp hook, re egg, 5 minutes and YAHOO another one on...set the hook!!! Good fight and a nice 8# hen (yes eggs too!! :grin: ). Time to go back to work but with a smile on my face :cool:

Think I might take lunch at the river again tomorrow :shocked:

Tillamook Anglers Raffle at the sport show. Called the 2nd. ticket out and he had his choice of a lot of nice rods and reels. Guess what he took. "The Ammerman Eggs.A whole case of Quarts. He passed up a G. Loomis rod and a Ambassard reel. Scott Ammerman came by our booth and said we spelled his name wrong. We have to figgure out how to spell it. HELP US. We all know he has the best eggs in town. Jerry

Glad to hear you scored :cheers: Every time someone ask me why I would sell my cure and eggs( I heard this hundreds of times at the two shows) I always say its because of times like this.

Crabbait thanks again on setting everyone straight. Sometimes I think it would just be easier to change the spelling. I had labels made for my eggs and cure before the Portland show and they misspelled my name on them too.

Jerry I am glad the raffle went well.
