Anyone having any luck after this heavy dumping of rain over the weekend? I noticed the wilson has come down fast and should be in good shape the next couple days. Not sure how the fishing is...
..Saw those pics from last week...NICE JOB GUYS (AND GALS)!!
any reports?

Even though you had some unfair, unjustified, unprovoked, and unkind things to say towards a fellow ifisher last week, I'll be forgiving enough to say that I heard there were a few being caught.... I still think you owe that person a public apology though....the right thing to do.

okay, about that post. I didn't mean any harm to the boater or any people that were in the boat. It was said immediately after reading the post about the other fishermen getting low-holed, so it's intent was toward the "art of being low-holed", not towards any other ifisher. I had no intentions of wronging, or insulting any of those fishermen.
I do apologize. I'm not hear to make enemies....only to gain knowledge and friends. so to u all, I salute you, and publicly apologize.

Thank you for that Sublime....you're OK in my book then. So, go get em on the Wilson. It should be pretty darn good the next couple a days before it goes back up too high. It fishes best between 5 and 6 feet, maybe a tad higher

I fished today above Donaldson and hooked five fish, landed four. All were wild steelies. The one I lost looked and acted like a Chinook. The water was high, I just fished it with high water tactics. Larger corkies and lots of Marie's shrimp scent. The colors of corkies that I have found to work for me are either green size 10 and bright orange yarn with a 1/0 owner, or a bright red # 8 corkie with white yarn with 1/0 red owner hook. I use both with either fresh eggs or sandshrimp and fresh scent. Tomorrow should be great before the next storm hits. Good luck.....
