Need waders on Sandy for smelt?

Can you dip from the bank or should I take my waders? I am not old enough to remember what it was like on the Sandy when it used to be this good. Where do you park/ dip? Anyone dipping this morning?

Puffin is heading to L+C as we speak. He is driving a blue Dodge ram pickup. I believe that Pilar may will be with him. Not confirmed.

Waders are a good idea.

Well I guess I am heading there too. I am driving the same so I shouldn't forget what they are in.

Puffin just called me, full limit, 1 hour of dipping. He went down towards the mouth.
I guess by the railroad bridge. Walked about a quarter mile.

They are there, if you go to the right spot.
