Boy all of you guys just jump in with comments without even asking the specifics about anything. How much is state land? right along the river bank? Who's butt do you have to kiss to get some of it? If I had some river frontage I would post it so that the police officers couldnt fish it, but I would let select ifish members fish it. Or maybe I would just keep it for myself and my friends.
just my .02

Well heck--I guess I'll jump right in then!!!!!!!
You sound like one confused dude. I read your nonsensical post last night, and wasn't impressed. I hesitate to bring this back up to the top--but frankly I couldn't refuse graemlins/dork.gif
There is no conspiracy by the POlice to keep us off the banks. Gee, maybe a cop inherited some bucks and is trying to buffalo you off "his" property below the high water mark
Read the thread "Issue of Navigability Addressed" and you'll begin to get an idea of what rights property owners do and don't have.
Until then--save yourself the embarrassment of posting here. You aren't making alot of sense. Have you missed your meds??

Ummm.. I have land along the Wilson River too. Bought it (believe it or not) from a REALE STATE AGENT

That would be a good place to start.

as far as who to talk to, a real estate agency would be a good bet! as for who you let on your property is totally up to you just as it is for the officer who bought that piece of property. but remember this someone falls or hurts themselves or even worse drowns your going to be liable. graemlins/1zhelp.gif ive fallen and i cant get up
