Spent the day fishing with Capin' Dan and fishfulthinking(I think) anyway We spent all day looking for fish only to be let down. the tally for the day in spots that produced 30 fish previous weeks was (insert drumroll) 3 fish, yes 3 fish :depressed: . our largest fish was pushing 20 inches at least.... :shrug:

Met 5 cents and terry H. Get that sled fixed for springers...

Fished the Kelly Point area hard today to find fish. The area that we started in that we stole from biat boy :wink: has been producing steady. Got out there and fished and caught nothin :shrug: moved a little and still nothin :shrug:

graemlins/idea.gif Time for a drastic move needed to hit the secret honey hole! By the time the sun had set Formerly Cracker Joe and I had brought 17 fish to the boat, all of them but one between 1PM and 5PM. Most of the fish were large shakers 30"+, one keeper of 43" that we let go and another keeper of 49" that Formerly Cracker Joe hung :bowdown:

I have to had it to Formerly Cracker Joe, he had the hot rod today as I missed several nice strikes. He caught both the keepers. :hoboy: Bait boy we tried to hail you but got no response.

Had fun and what a great day to be on the water. It was Spring like out there. Saw the sealions get several salmon too!

Hey Rick,

The "Secret Spot" is not even on the CR :shocked: So you see I do move once in a while. I guess when all my spots dry up I will look for the Blue Willie :wink: Sturgeon Monsta' I dont know about but you know just like I do it is just putting in time on the water my friend :cool:

Have you been doing any springer fishing? I saw the seal lions come up with a few fish! Let me know when it is hot and heavy because I tend to take you up on the offer to fish with you. I postively know I will learn something then graemlins/1zhelp.gif
