Ok, I’m not exactly a newbie. I signed up a while back, lost my password, and just never got around to getting signed back in. Anyway I’d like to start posting and I never posted my story. So here it is:
I was about fifteen when my family took a camping/fishing trip to Crescent Lake. My best friend, my sister (11 at the time), were have mild to moderate success casting and jigging kokanee jigs when my sister hooked my friend’s ear in mid cast (ouch). :whazzup: She didn’t realize why the jig didn’t go anywhere so she gave it another try (double ouch). As she was loading up for her third attempt I was able to stop her. Fortunately, the hook did not enter past the barb and little blood was lost. My sister and I still get a little chuckle when we talk about that story.
