thanks for the heads up chummer, do you know if this model has mapping capability? does it have any preloaded maps and how much storage? thanks!

I have one of the Meridian GPS units. I comes some pre-loaded maps, will get you around town fairly well. It comes w/ 2mb of internal memory, and you can buy more memory, as well as many different downloadable maps, or sofware w/ maps. It's a good unit, and at that price, a Great Buy !!!! :shocked: I paid $219 for mine last July. :depressed:
