Thanks for voting me the baton (pics)

I would like to thank all i-fishers who voted me and the rest of TEAM BANANA the baton for the steelhead challenge. :cheers:

I used the power of the baton today on a float of the Sandy River From Dodge Park to Oxbow Park. With the usual bananas in hand we managed to land 4 fish today. We put two nice keepers in the boat and released a nice big native and one dark summer fish. I only wish we had the actual baton in hand as we would have used it to club the 2 keepers.

Pictures below show the released native and one of the keepers.

Without the bananas and the power of the baton we would have been unable to have such a great day. :smile:

Wiz, I guess I was since We were fishing in my boat. Actually I thought it was funny the way everyone was handing the baton to Giz personally. I guess that is what you get for being a Gizmo Man. :grin: :grin:

Stz invited me on his team, in his boat and he got to the hole at 6 am.

Me, I just lent him my name to make him seem like he had an impressive team... :tongue:

I slept in til 8:30 and didn't join the team til 10. :shocked:

Like I said in an earlier post, I proved that you could sleep in and still not catch any fish! graemlins/idea.gif :shocked:
