My Story

Greetings Ifishers, I am happy to join you. Here is one of my stories. It happened sometime in late October of 2000 in the Nestucca T-water a fishing partner and I were anchored in my 10' mini-drifter watching the throb of our rods from the K-16 Kwikies attached to the other end. My rod went down and stayed down, I fought the fish all the way into the net. I told my partner to get her in the boat, but he needed help so I grabbed the hoop of the net and together we were bringing her in the boat, when the net ripped out and luckily 40#s of chrome went sliding across the bottom of my boat for my first ever coastal Fall Chinook. :dance:
