Just like to say big thanks to Dan ( Madwizerd) for putting forth the effort to arrange this weekends Steelhead Challenge. graemlins/applause.gif

I think it was very good idea to extend the "challenge" to another day to allow more folks to fish together. Hopefully the organizer of the next one will take that into consideration like he did. Seems like a lot of people chose to fish both days, often on different teams. Too cool !

I could not have said it better. I had a great time too...too bad the fish did not agree with the dates that we set... from the sound of it it was perty slow everywere.

Three cheers to the madwidard for a big job that was very will done.

First of all I want to thank Madwizerd for this great event. In the process I met a couple of great guy's (Vandal & k9jeff). We fished the Siletz with no luck on Saturday and only heard of one fish caught, but we had a great time.

Ditto that, thanks Dan (MadWiz). Probably lots of new friendships made this weekend. Tom and I had a great time fishing with Bill (Otilith). He's a dang fine hardcore fisherman for anyone who hasn't had the pleasure to fish with him yet.

Now that everyone has the program, and according to ODFW the fish are "gonna get here late". How about a February date?
