Now that the first springer was caught. How many people are planning on hitting the river for some possible action? While sturgeon fishing to saw one guy trolling below Columbia City...........Chris

It is good to hear that one was caught but I still am holding out until more come in. Might get to them a week before the nets go in :mad: , then wait until the nets come out. :grin:

For many years I fished all through march, never caught a fish. I never get worried about it until my taxes are close to being due. Now I can fish for springers and feel extra guilty!

I'm amazed that dude caught one at Sellwood yesterday. The river still looks way off color. (from the St Johns bridge anyway) :shrug:
