Will tuna balls work for springers??
and if so will they work for nooks??

everyone knows it hard to get them off of the fish as someone last stated DOA!!!!!!!

Do you use the tuna in a can and if so tuna in water or oil????

Thanks for info.

Tuna in oil for a stinky trail for the fish to follow. Do a search on Tuna Balls and you will find some insight from the past on this subject.

Very popular on the Deschutes River at Sherars Falls.

Mix Sardines and Tuna (in oil) in a blender. Works great.

Never tried it on the Columbia or Willamette.

All you need is CHicken of the Sea Tuna that comes two ways - packed in oil or water.

Get the oil stuff and wrap it in spawn sac. Works great.

An option is to use above with an "egg" scent.

Also I agree with above, that run thru a blender and diluted with canola oil, it makes a good scent on its own.
