New thang: Occupation

OK, let's see if I can explain this.
In the new release of infopop, which as always, in upgrades, means, "Trade in the old bugs for some new ones..."

Eh hem... I mean....

OK, there is a new thang in this UBB release. It is a somewhat clumsy members directory.

You can go to MY PROFILE, then EDIT UPDATE PROFILE, and scroll down untill you see occupation. If you are an pianist, like I am, fill it out that way.

So then, if an ifisher needs a pianist for a party, wedding, etc, he'll/she'll go to USER LIST, (above, the gold button.....)

and search for pianist.

POOF! :shocked: There is Jennie! So, you hire her and pay her outrageous amounts of money! :smile:

Have fun with it. One thing, I still haven't figured out how I'm going to handle sponsors competition.... Until I do, let's just go ahead and be truthful about what we do. If there is a problem later, I'll have to turn the dang thing off.

So, for now, all I want is for you to bow down and say a big, "Thank you Jennie, you are soooooooooo awesome!" Gag. :smile:

I wish that there were a way to handle this better, but we are in "beta" mode. :smile:

this pretty much covers the occupation topic that comes up from time to time. it'll make it easier to do business with other ifishers. as a for instance, i'm going to need some trailer work done sometime this year and i'll be looking for a fellow ifisher to do it for me.
