Any ifishers have thurs and fris off?

Any ifishers from the mid-valley available to fish thursdays and fridays? I mostly fish the Siletz and Alsea. I also fish other local rivers.

I have a boat and a couple extra rods. You supply your own bait and tackle.

I would love to learn to row a drift boat, not that I cant apply my cataraft and white water knowledge...drop a line any time, I would love to join you.

Im a stones throw from both, I think I am fishing with Boedy thursday. But due to the unfortunate (UN)employment circumstances of the present, I will be glad to join you any time.

PS. I have all my own gear, rods, life vests, tackle etc...and theres always a hot pot of coffee here.

WR, I'm retired, have a Willie also and don't like to fish by myself and I am tired of bankfishing. Feel free to call me any time at 926 6579 The Alsea and Siletz are my rivers too and I have been fishing them for almost 40 years so we can trade information on favorite secret spots!

Krue, I wish I could go but you 2 will be out of town by time I get off work. Im kinda torqued at Timmy for taking that shift 3 job. Oh yeah Tell to give me my key back :wink:

I cant go this thursday. My P.O.S. Chevy is sick and needs a little TLC that day. Friday is booked, well saturday....... No way I will let all the mon. through fri. working guys have my spot.

I didnt want the day shift job. You just now work at the wrong end of the week for fishing.

WR, I also have Thursday's and Friday's Off. I have been on the board like you from the beginning. Ihave experience at just about all types of fishing. I have been meaning to get back to the Sieletz since 1988 when I Got my first steelhead on a bass rod not knowing what I was doing. Well he won that one so I need to get a little revenge on his offspring. I could perhaps offer you a trip trade maybe for Halibut or Tuna later in the year off of Sea Swan. I cna't go for the next couple of weeks but maybe a trip in Feb or March might work. I believe in paying my way during trips.

Tradin trips eh? Im thinking I could do that. Tuna sound fun! I got spoiled fishing Halis in AK, so I would bail on a Hali trip. In ak we were getting them in 90 to 150' of water.

I'm in Corvallis and am just starting to figure out steelhead. Unfortunately, I work Mon-Fri, but if anyone is willing to trade knowledge for drifts, I'd be glad to take anyone down the Alsea or the Siletz pretty much any weekend day you want. By the way, are there many winter fish in the Siletz yet? I know they are in the Alsea, but I hear the Siletz run is later.
