Need a report on the Kilchis. Was down yesterday and floated from the park to the loggers bridge. Put in early am, water was on the rise and within a hour it was unfishable. We had no chice but to blow on through to the take out. Was thinking of doing it again tomorrow if she is in shape. Any report would be appreciated. Thanks.
