here we go again. another new year, more resolutions we won't keep. let's try and make these stick, okay.
mine:
1. use more scent. once again, another year has past and i still haven't emptied my scent bottles. i should've gone through two bottles of each. three to five casts, rescent.
2. learn to jig fish.
3. learn to drift fish. that means not just catching a fish or two. that means knowing when to set the hook.
4. learning to bobber fish for springers. i put in almost a dozen trips and have nothing to show for it on my tag (not even a single bobber down).
5. being better to my fellow fisher folks.
how about yours?

I have a few after the ussual get in better shape and loose some weight.
1. Keep my hooks wetter than last year.
2. Learn to bobber and jig for steelhead.
3. See more sunrises with my wadders on.
4. Be a quality contributing ifisher.
Thats enough.
Hog
1: quit drinking alcohol and soda
2: spend less time on the internet
3: stop sleeping in my waders.
4: go to church more.

Dang Cirhossis,
Those are some pretty good resolutions. I would do well to emulate them, however, in my 41 years on this earth I have learned a few things...among them, never make any resolutions on New Years. More resolutions are made and soon broken on that day than any other!!
You and I should fish together--seems we have a few things in common, and you just might learn something  .
Happy new year hawg...look forward to the op to fish.
Off to bed...need to get up early , get a new license and slay some dragons on the Siletz for a few short hours before guests arrive.
Happy new year all. Catch an '03 keeper!

4-Take Ampersat and FWF fishing in March. Let Amp row.
2-Get dog waterbed, so his duck dreams are more realistic.
3-Catch a springer before I die.
1-Watch my wife learn something fun.See the exact moment she puts it all together.
5-Try to not be grumpy.
Mark and the bed lovin' dog.

Hey cirrhosis
Sounds like we have the same problem.
I wish all of you the best of luck in sticking with your resolutions.
HAPPY NEW YEAR
Bobby
1.Fly fish more!!!
2.Get both my sons into their first salmon
3.This is the most important one! Make wiser decisions. I made a year full of dumb ones and I regret them all.
3.Help Jennie get her first steelhead on a fly.
4.Listen and take counsel from people a lot smarter than me.
5.Fish the Deschutes more.
Happy New Year to All
Ifish is a great place to be and we should all thank Jennie for that graemlins/hearton.gif
