Inching to try out my new Shimano Chronarch 101a on some of them metalheads anybody going? Never fished that river but have been reading all the posts on it and I think I will be ok on the bank. Unless someone has a spare seat that is graemlins/idea.gif

Stopped by Sportsmen’s warehouse today to see if they where having a after x-mass sell and guess what......they aren’t graemlins/berry.gif But they still have some great stuff and I got myself the reel that I didn’t get for Christmas so I was happy all the same.

Boedy,
Your timing sucks. Was gonna go myself, but I have rethought my options. This is what the Oregon Climate Service (an OSU based service--GO DUCKS!!!)
.FRIDAY...RAIN AT TIMES. HIGHS NEAR 50. SOUTH WIND REACHING 40 MPH
WITH GUSTS TO 75 MPH...DIMINISHING.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...SHOWERS. LOWS NEAR 40. SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WIND 10 TO
15 MPH.
River will be rising, and conditions lousy--I'd save the trip. If not, good luck, and I hope you have a safe trip

Good day to stay home and put away all your tackle Christmas stuff.

I love winter storms, just for that reason!

Get out the tackle, Bill! Let's play!
