shaped more like a real chicken egg and made of styrofoam. FMS sells them.

The cheaters I have are harder than foam, almost like a plastic. They come in all sizes and colors, with pretty much the same results as a corkie.

I have 1200 of em.... its like a corkie, but diffrent shape, used the same way.

They are styrofoam with hard small wings. They are used alot on the Kenai when bait is off. Caught a 74 lb last year with rod and reel charters just down from the Soldotna Bridge. If anyone needs Birdies I know of an unlimited supply for 25 cents each.
