Advantar question???

I know how to get the advantar's that are available via ifish, however how do you personalize your own picture? Do you need a scanner? digital camera???Thanx in advance. :grin:

In order to get your image created as an avatar, you need to somehow get it into the computer (no, that doesn't mean folding it up and slipping it into the floppy drive :wink: ), so yes, you'd need either an existing digital picture, a scanner to scan the photo, or a digital camera to take the picture in the first place.

If you know a bit about computers you can get it down to the 48x48 size that is needed for avatars here at iFish. Otherwise, if you have a scanned or digital photo that you want to size down, and you ask REALLLLL nice, I'll crop it down and then resize it so that it looks best as an Avatar.
