I am reposting story due to recent name change. Was Ripp-N-Lipps but because there is a Rip-N-lips already I have changed to TeamFish. Rip-N-Lips your welcome.
All right, all right! Here is my story or lesson. Couple of Buddies and I were fishing with a guide on the Deschutes when a friend (Sean) learned a valuable lesson. We were on this trip with Jack Smith of All Season Guide Service. It was a fantastic day we already had hooked 10 and lost 3. My buddy Sean had a fish on but was up river a ways. He yelled down to us that he had one on. Jack being the hard working guide that he is always helps clients land there fish. Sean decides that since he was now a pro that he would land it himself. Sean pulls it up about 10 feet on to the bank. (The bank was a grassy hill.) Jack is running up to help him when the fish spits the hook and rolls back to freedom. Once Jack gets there the fish is gone and Sean has a look like a bully just took his lunch money. Sometime passes and we decide to head to another hole. Were all sitting in the boat when Jack gives us all a key-learning “Let me tell you something Sean? Fish don’t like the F#*@ Dirt! “This has now become our mantra and always brings a huge smile to our faces. Sean endured a lot of one ribbing the rest of that day. This may be the funniest trip I have ever been on. Oh and we all got our limit.
