Hey Bob
I was born and raised there, I don't remember any or ever heard of em in there. I know they run threw the slew and then up the Columbia, They may have gotten side tracked

Lacamas creek used to get a run of chums. I doubt what your seeing down by the mill is the remnant of that run, if there is even still a remnant. However The last few years Chum salmon have been increasing their range to fill available suitable habitat in the lower end of the Columbia River Gorge (below Bonneville) these are most likely chums headed for the Hamilton creek /bonneville area however one never knows where they may end up.. one thing is certain. They are wild and probably should be left alone to do their bussiness..

I forgot about Lacamas creek. They still get a few fish, I lived by the old skating rink. My boys and I always watced them, as to if there chum or chinook? I don't know never tried to catch one. They never looked to good, but some were pretty good sized.

FYI I have heard that the Dogs have been spotted in Salmon Creek as well. Hope this is a sign of better things to come.
