Here are a couple that my son, Eric, caught today on the Wilson. One was 25# and the other 23#. They were caught on corkies and yarn. One had a seal bite on it's side.

Nice fish hawgcatcher!! :cheers: Is the wilson driftable still or did you pick these up closer to tidewater? I'll bet your son was pretty excited with those chromers. :wink:

the little whiteboard back by the fishing counter at the tualatin gi joes says that chinook fishing is fair to good in wilson tidewater. that's about as promising a report as i've seen in weeks. i can't imagine there's tidewater you could drift fish though unless the tide is really rippin'.

He got these fish at Mills Bridge. Said lots of fish there but water is low. Many of the fish are getting darker but there are bright ones too.
He has been fishing hard this fall but not had any luck until now. We need rain. There used to be a late run up the river in December so we can hope so.
