Does anyone have a softspot for wood drift boats? Rowed a many Keith Steele boats, and wouldn't have another. Let's hear it for wood!

I love to look at them. Glad I'm not maintaining them. I'd rather spend the time actually fishing. Make mine a Clackacraft.

I just get a little nostalgic thinking about the roots of drift-boats. Like the difference between the Rogue and Makenzie river styles. Don't want to act like a purist, but my moniker holds me in check!

I grew up rowing a really ugly, and old, woody on the Rogue. Let's see some cool pics of pretty woody's.
