Found Foldin Chair on Scappoose Dike

I was at Scappoose Dike fishing, when I was leaving a guy and a little girl were leaving to. They had a folding chair on top of there truck, and left before I could say anything. It did fall off. They were driving a Red Jeep Cherokee. Please pm, the descrpition if it is yours.
