My roomy and I got all of our stuff ready to go duck hunting on fri after work so that we would be ready to go sat morn.We got up at 5 to leave only to find that some sort of scum bag helped himself to my Suzuki 15hp oil injected outboard.I have had some stuff stolen in the past but never something that left me feeling so angry.
It was taken from my home in West Salem.
A late 90's gray Suzuki Oil Injected Long Shaft outboard.

Sorry it happened..
If possible post a photo of it...and a description of its appearance, including a serial number so it is more likely to be identified by one of us if it is seen on a boat, or for sale.

I feel terrible for you. I hope I never have anything stolen from my home.

There's no explaning to someone that hasn't experinced it, when you first see your stuff gone. These Low Lifes need to do some serious time either in or under the Jail........

Several years ago, we were in Eastern Montana on vacation and I got a call from my neighbor telling me that my house had been broken into. He had called the cops and they had come and checked the place out. We rushed back (950 miles in one day, thankfully Montana had no speed laws then) to find the house a mess.
The police had taken fingerprints and the crap they used was all over. We found that the only thing missing was a jar of pennies and a fifth of Brandy that was unopened. We were lucky, as I had fishing tackle in the basement and guns. The burgler had stood on a table in the back yard and broke out a window and went in. There was blood on the window and on a new t-shirt he had pulled out of a drawer.
We heard about two months later that they caught the crook. He was a 15 year old kid that had gotten out of juvenile three days before he hit our place. He had a nice scar on his forearm that he had cut while breaking the glass. It had 10 stitches in it so it had cost his folks more then he had gotten. They felt so bad that they sent us a check for $50. He had hit on an average of one house every other night since our place. He went back to juvenile.
That feeling is the pits. Especially when you are far away when it happens.
