I have CANNED , I have PICKLED , I have SMOKED , I have BBQ'ED and I have FROZEN SALMON !!

If any of you would like a good PICKLED or SMOKED RECIPE , email me and I can send you one. I picked up an awesome SMOKED recipe in Canada years ago and just last year obtained a very good PICKLED recipe from an 'Old Man of the Sea Charter Boat Skipper'. I really did not think that I liked Pickled Fish - but this is very good and everyone that has tried it agrees. Len loves it - I make it in gallon jars and it just disappears!!!

Both of these recipes work equally as well with Sturgeon or other fish.

STILL SOME DAYS AND SEATS OPEN !!! We will be fishing the Buoy 10 season through about the middle of September and then Moving to Tillamook to go after those highly sought after 'FALL HOGS !!'.

Let's go FISHING!!
