101 to Sequim

Drove from I-5 to Sequim on 101 yesterday and there where a lot of people fishing the tidewater areas..almost looked like combat fishing. They were also a lot of boats at a few select places in the sound. Also a lot of nets out too. Is this for a chum fishery or silvers? Just curious...thank you

I am going to Sequim on Tuesday. Are there any fish left up that way? My dad lives in Sequim and says he hasn't seen any fresh fish for awhile.
