Everyday I go by the Carver ramp I see at leased one sled trailer in the parking lot. Is the river runable yet? I have a newer sled and don't want to tear it up. I've been watching the levels and seems about 6" to low. If anyone here can shed some light Id love to get my boat out and catch some downhillers.

The river is at 1.9 i wouldn't run it any lower than that unless you like doing repairs. The guys who are out there have been sledding for a longtime. If you're new to the game I wouldn't go till the river is at 2.5.

i go by there too everyday and see trailers. most of them are drift boat trailers. the jets sleds that are there are fishing near the boat ramp and not leaving. if they are running the river they have flatbottoms and know it well.

If the tow rig is an old '68 Ford pickup then I know who it is. He's lived in Carver since '83 and knows the Clack pretty well.
