Fished with bluebeast today in tide water, trying to get rid of that old skunk that has been stinking up the boat for the past month.Well today was the day,we were trolling spinners down from 5th street at about 2:30 when there came a tugging at my line, took me complety by surprise and after we battled back and forth,a nice 28lb. buck was in the net. We had one other take down on bobber and eggs around noon, saw a few other fish taken but was a real slow day.

Got any tips on shakin' the stink. According to Hogmaster I have it bad.
I have gotten past the denial phase and am in the anger phase. I need some rituals to ward off and chase away the "Pilgrim stink". Hog keeps mumbling something about 1862 and lie soap. That's just not right. (Too many nights listening for the silent balck choppers I guess).
Help a brother out!

Lots of effort! This was about our 8th trip this fall for a fish. Full days most times. Tried herring, eggs, flatfish, spinners... lots of different things in many different places.
You just gotta keep trying to find a fish with a death wish. This one that rfishman47 is talking about was one of the best fighting fish we've caught is several years...really tried to escape. Good luck.
