Bottom line for us; warm and wet winter, but not as severe as the last El Niņo event.

NOAA doesn't seem to always knowa whats uppa.

I'm with Jennie. I noted it said drier and warmer for the Northern Rockies. I hear there will be no precipitation for Idaho this year. Bummer, because we have a ton of baby salmon ans steelies in the rivers waiting for the runoff. The record runs of 2001 progeny need the help to run to the sea.
