Just wondering if any of you subscribe to this publication. Pro's or Con's? I found STS to be an interesting publication, however as most of you know, the information was usually old. I'm more curious if the information they provide in this magazine is useful information, or just stories about something that happened several days earlier. Nothing wrong with reading stories mind you, but I for one would like to get a wee bit more than that.

We found LFN fun to read.
We let the subscription go, but I do find myself missing it.
As with all print media, it's not going to be as fresh as is possible on the internet, but print media has pros too.
For instance, you can take it with you!
When I was out on the river, tidewater fishing, I wished so badly I had a copy of the STS with Scott Amerman's Bait Fishing in Tidewater article. I kept finding myself saying, "Now what did he say to do, in this situation???"
I think that print media has to change it's focus from fishing reports to forecasts, and more "how to's", that can be taken with you when you fish.
LFN has a website that helps them to stay updated.
I enjoyed their magazine and the hard work that they put into it.

LFN is great for getting info on regs, tips, events, and cool stories but I find this site and the guides forecast so much more informative for information on what is going on righ now....today and tomorrow! I've subscribed to the guides forecast for about six months now and find it very valuable.
