Just received a 1026 8'6" casting rod from TH and it's a "reel" beauty...... :smile:
Can't wait to play hooky on Friday and try it out! Ooops, I mean, working in a distant spot in the county without cell service...... :grin: :grin:
And Travis was quick to respond to my emails... :cheers:
Not only did they respond to my e-mails on the same day sent but they shipped my new 1084c so quickly that I now have to wait on the reel that I ordered the week before! Turn around was incredible! If the rod works as good as it looks or as the customer response, I will be a highliner soon! Thanks TH....keep up the great service

TH, check your phone number on your signature. It seems that I'm seeing two different numbers. There's a 541-396-4896 on your signature here and then a 541-396-4895 on your web site. Thanks TH!! She got the email from you. She didnt get your first email (it's the cyber post office's fault!). She just wanted to make sure that you would have enough time to get this done by Xmas.

Are they still in business? My wife has been trying to get in touch with them for about 2 weeks now...both email and phone and there's no answer or reply. My wife is trying to get a custom made rod done up for me for x-mas. Anybody know?
I get lots of calls and emails everyday? And answer them as quicly as possible.. usually within in a day or two.. not sure what the problem is?

Hmm...Thanks T. Not sure why she's having communication problems. I've been trying to be hands off with this gift. So, I'm leaving everything up to her. I'll let her know that you're around. :smile:
