Sorry, didn't know I need a story so here is one of many. While attending OSU (go Beavs), I took one of my friends who wrestled there. He had never fish for chinook before and was excited about tussling with one of these beasts. I had landed a small, darker 15lber and was showing him the teeth that the fish had. I looked at him dead serious and said, "One thing about these fish is that you need to look out for these teeth. Once they see you in the water, they'll grab on and shake you like a Pit Bull would". His eyes got real big and told me he'd be careful.. Later in the day, we sighted some fish and it wasn't too long before he was into a 30 lb. dark buck. Everytime the fish turned towards him he'd run up on the bank swearing and panicing. I never laughed so hard in my life! Once he got the fish, he carried it up the side of the hill like a baby. The fish came to life and swatted him right in the face knocking off his glasses. There was a slight tug of war in the shallows with some more paniced swearing before he finally got the fish. Well, there is one of many. the guys I fish with aren't too sharp!

Welcome aboard, I've fished the Kalama some but not very often. I wouldn't mind a lesson sometime if you ever want some company. Great story, wrestlers don't make good rocket scientists.
