sliverslinger2001;
We were there yesterday fishing and crabbing. We went from the 101 bridge to the North Fork. A lot of fish rolling but we only say one caught under the 101 bridge. Didn't see if it was on a spinner or herring.
Crabbing was fair in the bay but the fog was interesting durng the day. Hope this helps and good luck!

Hey Silversling.
Fished Friday and Saturday from barn hole to just up from the trestle. Caught a keeper 30# and a very dark 35# that we released. Brought 1 other to the boat then lost it (maybe 15#) and played two more fish total. All hooked from the Hwy 53 bridge up. Lots of fish rolling, most dark. We need rain to bring the chromers up.
Heard that two guides limited very early in the barn hole suspending eggs 3 feet offf the bottom. Saw the polaroids. We tried this on Saturday with no luck other than a sculpin.
We fished with bobbers & eggs both days. Good weather, little wind and light beer! :cheers:
Good luck! Jeff
