Is the Willamette open for keepers in the river down to wards Kelly point at this time? It looks like it in the regs ,but I am not 100% sure. Would like to know as I am going to Portland next week and would like to do some fishing for a couple of days. Thanks, Propwash

PW, The Willamette is open, but not the Columbia. If your right on the border at Kelly point, I think you'll be in trouble. Stay up in the Willamette.

yes its open , just stay in the willi and you will be fine .... if in doudt you can call odfw and they will tell you .............. good luck let us know how you did.... :grin:
